I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historical center. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the pool area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

We loved staff and rooms. Located just 1 mile from keangnam. The hotel was situated near to the Public ses bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The breakfast buffet was amazing, featuring a variety of delicious food options. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel was its convenient location, with easy access to public transportation and tourist attractions. the heated outdoor pool was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The room design was a bit confusing, with multiple switches for different lights and appliances that took some time to figure out. , the bathroom wall was not opaque, which could be awkward for some guests.

We loved the spacious rooms, perfect for families with comfortable beds and plenty of luggage space. The hotel's location was excellent, near the new city centre, offering many sightseeing options, and just a short drive away from the airport. We also enjoyed the exquisite and varied breakfast and the friendly and responsive staff.

The breakfast at Novotel Suites exceeded our expectations with its amazing food selection and incredibly fresh juice. The staff, especially Ms Autumn, were professional and made our stay enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel.

Located in a convenient spot for sightseeing, this hotel is just a short taxi ride away from the main attractions. the open-plan room was spacious and well equipped with a kitchenette. the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, even offering free breakfast when the heated swimming pool was unavailable. the breakfast offered a good selection of food options, and the rooftop bar had some stunning views.

The hotel did not have its own spa facilities, which was a disappointment.

Spent Christmas in this hotel, and some things that I liked were the cozy rooms and the friendly staff who were always willing to help. the hotel also had a great restaurant with tasty food, and the location was perfect as it was close to many local shops and restaurants. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to nearby attractions, which I took advantage of to see the city.

The downside was the noise level during the night which made it hard to sleep, and the air conditioning was not as effective as we had hoped. We found it hard to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.
